New tickets get answered on weekdays only, sorted in sequence of their arrival. During peak periods (for example after the weekend) it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response.

To handle support requests in a more organized way, we deploy this online support ticket system. Each support request is tagged with a unique ticket number, to sustain tracking of the request status and progress any time.
